Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Overview

SQARME CMD is a managed software service that runs a private, isolated Binance P2P (INR/USDT) trading engine for your own Binance account. Pricing has two parts:

• One-time activation fee — paid once when you sign up. It covers provisioning your dedicated engine: a separate operating-system process, its own data directory, and its own encryption keys.
• Monthly maintenance fee — prepaid each month to keep your engine running, monitored and supported.

All fees are paid by UPI QR at signup and your engine is activated only after manual review and approval by our team. All prices are inclusive of GST; the tax invoice shows the GST break-up. The full price list for every plan is on the plans page.

This policy sets out when fees are refundable and how to cancel. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

02One-time activation fee

The one-time activation fee is non-refundable once your engine has been provisioned. Provisioning is the work the fee pays for — standing up your isolated engine process, data directory and encryption keys — and that work is complete and non-reversible once done.

There is one carve-out in your favour:

• If, after you have paid, we are unable to provision your engine for a reason on our side, or we decline your application during the mandatory manual review, then the activation fee is refunded in full.

In other words, you are not charged for an engine you never received. Once your engine is live, however, the activation fee is not returned even if you later cancel.

If you purchased under a promotional or founding offer, refund calculations under this policy are based on the discounted amounts you actually paid, not the list price.

03Monthly maintenance

The monthly maintenance fee is prepaid and non-refundable, with one exception.

Zero-usage month credit

If you used none of your engine's features for an entire paid month — for example, you placed and worked no orders, ran no repricing, and used no payment, QR or automation tools during that month — you may request a credit or refund for that month.

• Write to support@sqarme.com within 7 days of that month's end.
• We will review the engine's activity for the month and, if it confirms zero feature usage, issue a credit toward a future month or a refund of that month's maintenance fee.

This exception applies per calendar billing month and only to maintenance — it does not affect the activation fee. Aside from this, no other pro-rata or partial refunds of maintenance are given.

For this purpose, “using a feature” includes (without limitation) working or clearing any order; any automated or manual repricing (Auto Pilot, Competition Mode or Sell Competition Mode); generating a payment QR; sending a pay link; or marking, paying, cancelling or releasing any order. Your engine's activity logs are used to assess a zero-usage claim.

04Cancellation

You can cancel any time, with no lock-in:

• From the Subscriptions tab inside your dashboard, or
• By emailing support@sqarme.com.

Cancellation stops future maintenance charges from the next billing cycle. The current paid period is not refunded by cancelling — instead, your engine access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it is not renewed.

If you cancel and later wish to return, a new activation may be required to re-provision an engine. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before reactivation.

05How approved refunds are paid

Where a refund is approved under this policy (a declined or unprovisioned application, or an eligible zero-usage month):

• The refund is paid back to your original UPI payment method used at signup.
• We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reach you also depends on your bank and the UPI rails.
• Refunds are net of any applicable charges (for example, payment-gateway or transaction charges that cannot be reversed).

We do not process refunds to a different account or method from the one used to pay, unless required by law or by the payment provider.

06Free trial

The 1-day free trial at trial.sqarme.com is free of charge — there is no payment for the trial and therefore nothing to refund. The trial is limited (for example, 10 designed-QR generations and a restricted feature set) and is offered once per Binance account.

07Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at support@sqarme.com so we can review and resolve it under this policy. Most billing questions can be settled quickly and directly.

Raising a payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting us — or for an amount that is properly payable under this policy — may be treated as a wrongful chargeback. In such cases we may suspend or terminate your engine and access pending resolution, and recover amounts owed, in line with our Terms of Service.

08GST on refunds

All prices are quoted inclusive of GST, and your tax invoice shows the GST break-up. Where a refund or credit is approved, it is calculated on the inclusive amount you actually paid, and the GST component is adjusted accordingly, in line with applicable law. Any credit note or adjustment is issued against the original tax invoice.
