Risk Disclaimer

Trading carries risk. You stay in control, and responsible.

SQARME CMD is software that automates your own Binance P2P (INR/USDT) account using your own API keys. It is non-custodial: we never hold, move or access your crypto, fiat or funds. Trading peer-to-peer in crypto is inherently risky, and any automation you switch on acts on your behalf — so please read this disclaimer in full before you use the Service.

Effective date: 16 July 2026 Last updated: 16 July 2026 Operated by SQARME PRIVATE LIMITED

High-risk activity. Peer-to-peer cryptocurrency trading can lead to significant or total loss. SQARME CMD only operates on your own Binance account and acts strictly according to the settings you choose. When you enable automation, the Service can verify payments, reprice ads, message counterparties and release crypto without human review — possibly while you are away from your screen. You are solely responsible for every trade and every action your automation takes. Nothing on this page or anywhere in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

01General risk warning

Cryptocurrency and peer-to-peer (P2P) trading involve a high degree of risk and are not suitable for everyone. Prices can move sharply and unpredictably, and you may lose part or all of the value you trade. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose, and only if you understand how Binance P2P works.

SQARME CMD is software only. It connects to your own Binance account through your own Binance API keys and helps you manage orders, payments and pricing. All trades execute on your Binance account; money and crypto move between you and your counterparties through Binance, your bank, UPI or the relevant payment rail. SQARME PRIVATE LIMITED does not hold, custody, control, transmit or have access to your crypto or fiat, is not a party to your trades, and is not an exchange, broker, wallet, payment system, money-services business or virtual asset service provider. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial or investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

02No financial or investment advice

The Service provides tooling and automation — it does not provide advice, recommendations, signals, price targets or any opinion on whether a particular trade, price, counterparty or asset is suitable for you. Any defaults, suggested prices, bands, ratios or templates are operational conveniences you can change, not advice.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for configuring the Service to match your strategy and risk appetite. If you need financial, investment, legal or tax advice, please consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. SQARME PRIVATE LIMITED is not registered or authorised to provide investment advice, portfolio management or any regulated financial service.

03Market & price risk

The USDT/INR market and the wider crypto market can be volatile. Prices, spreads and available liquidity can change rapidly, including during the short window between when an order is created and when it settles. Bid/ask spreads can widen, and an order may fill at a price that is no longer favourable to you.

Where you enable repricing features (for example Competition Mode), the Service adjusts your ad prices automatically to track the live Binance P2P market within the limits and bands you set. This means your prices can change frequently and follow the market both up and down. You are responsible for choosing sensible caps, floors and bands and for reviewing them as conditions change. SQARME does not control market prices and does not guarantee any particular price, spread, fill or margin. The Service does not guarantee the most aggressive or best available price: its repricer adjusts your prices within your limits based on market and network conditions, and in some conditions may match a competitor's price rather than undercut it.

Spot market & conversion risk

To manage non-USDT balances created by your trading, the Service's auto-sweep feature can place live orders on the Binance Spot market (for example a limit sell, which it may price below the current market to clear quickly), use the Binance Convert API, and move assets between your Binance wallets. These actions happen outside the P2P market and are subject to Spot-market volatility and slippage, Binance's minimum lot, tick and notional limits, and may execute at a price worse than you expect — including selling small balances at a loss to clear them.

04Automation risk

Automation features such as Auto Pilot and Competition Mode act on your account without human review, based on the settings you choose. When you switch them on and configure them, you give the Service your standing authorisation and instruction to act on your behalf — the Service does not decide on its own. On your settings, it can:

  • reprice your own buy and sell advertisements automatically, within the limits and bands you set;
  • verify a counterparty's payment against the checks you configure (including from a receipt or screenshot via OCR);
  • send and respond to order chat; and
  • release crypto to a counterparty automatically once the conditions you have set are met.

Where you choose to enable release for trusted counterparties, an automated release can occur without per-order receipt verification. Automated verification (including OCR) can be wrong and can be misled by fake, edited or unrelated receipts; these actions can occur while you are offline; and once crypto is released a transaction may be irreversible. You must configure automation carefully, set conservative limits, test it before relying on it, and monitor it regularly. Because these actions are carried out on the authorisation and settings you give the Service, you are fully responsible for every action your automation takes — including releases, repricing and messages — exactly as if you had performed them yourself. If you are unsure, keep automation off and act manually.

05Counterparty & payment risk

P2P trading exposes you to the conduct of your counterparties. Risks include, without limitation:

  • counterparty fraud, impersonation or non-payment;
  • fake, edited, reused or mismatched payment receipts and screenshots;
  • reversals, recalls, chargebacks or holds on UPI, IMPS, bank transfers or other rails after you have released crypto;
  • issues, delays or failures on the Digital eRupee (eRupee) rail or any other payment method;
  • mistaken, partial, duplicate or disputed payments, and payments made from a third party's account; and
  • name, amount or reference mismatches between the order and the actual transfer.

Always independently confirm that you have actually and finally received the correct amount in your own account before releasing any crypto. A payment that appears in a notification, message or screenshot is not the same as cleared, irreversible settlement in your account. SQARME is not a party to your trades and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, solvency or honesty of any counterparty, nor for losses arising from disputes, fraud or payment reversals. If you use automated receipt-forwarding, a name mismatch or a manual override could cause your payment proof to be sent to the wrong counterparty; review forwarding before you rely on it. Follow Binance's P2P policies and dispute process for any conflict with a counterparty.

06Platform & third-party dependency risk

The Service depends on third parties that are outside our control. Any of them can change, restrict, slow down or go offline, which can interrupt or degrade the Service or your ability to trade. These include, without limitation:

  • Binance — your account may be subject to holds, limits, restrictions, suspensions or bans; API behaviour, permissions, rate limits and endpoints can change or become unavailable;
  • Telegram — used for approvals, alerts and One-Tap Pay links;
  • UPI, IMPS, bank and eRupee rails — may experience downtime, delays or reversals;
  • receipt OCR — third-party optical character recognition that can be unavailable or inaccurate; and
  • hosting and connectivity — infrastructure, networks and DNS that the Service runs on.

Outages, maintenance, latency, API changes or connectivity problems (including at Binance or on payment rails) can delay or prevent order management, repricing, releases or notifications. The Service also reads Binance's public market and merchant data to power repricing and market intelligence. Accessing Binance by automation and reading its data is subject to Binance's own terms, rate limits and changes, and could contribute to limits, restrictions or a ban on your Binance account — that risk is yours. SQARME does not control these third parties and is not responsible for losses caused by their actions, failures or downtime. You should monitor your account directly on Binance and be prepared to act manually if the Service is unavailable. See System Status for how we communicate incidents.

07Security risk

Because the Service is non-custodial, the security of your account, credentials and devices is your responsibility. Risks include compromise or theft of your Binance API key, your master password, your TOTP two-factor device or your Telegram account — for example through phishing, malware, SIM-swap, device loss or password reuse.

Your Binance API key and secret are encrypted on your own isolated engine using a key derived from your master password, and your secret is never stored by our control plane. As a direct consequence, we cannot recover your master password, your encryption keys or your funds, and we cannot reverse trades made on your account. If you lose your master password or TOTP device, you may lose access to your engine. Protect your credentials, enable strong device security, restrict your Binance API key permissions appropriately (for example, never enabling withdrawal permissions you do not need), and revoke keys immediately if you suspect compromise. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

08Regulatory & tax risk

The legal and regulatory treatment of cryptocurrency and P2P trading in India can change, sometimes at short notice, and may affect whether or how you can use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your trading activity is lawful and complies with all applicable laws, regulations and platform rules, including those of Binance.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your activity, including income tax and GST, and for your income-tax return (ITR) filings. Any reports, summaries or figures the Service generates are provided for your convenience only, may not be complete or accurate for your circumstances, and are not tax advice — please verify them with a qualified tax professional. You are also responsible for any anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing, FIU-India reporting or know-your-customer obligations that apply to you under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and related law. See our AML / KYC Policy for how this affects your use of the Service.

09No guarantee

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SQARME PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee, and you should not assume, any of the following:

  • any profit, margin, return or trading outcome;
  • that any order, payment verification, repricing or release will execute, execute on time, or execute at a particular price;
  • the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, price, balance, report or OCR result; or
  • uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your use of the Service and your trading activity are at your own risk. The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in our Terms of Service apply to this disclaimer.

10Your acknowledgment

By accessing or using SQARME CMD, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclaimer, that you accept the risks described above, and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for every action taken by any automation you enable. If you do not accept these risks, do not use the Service.

This Risk Disclaimer forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and AML / KYC Policy. This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. It is effective as of 16 July 2026 and may be updated from time to time.
